Consumer Disclosure Statement

The Pennsylvanina Real Estate Law requires that you are provided with a written consumer notice that describes the business relationship that Prospect Leasing & Management, LLC and its agents have with the Owner/Landlord of the property you are inquiring about.  Upon meeting with any of our licensed agents, you will be asked to sign this consumer notice acknowledging your receipt.
